This award was presented to the school by former headteacher, Tony Lovatt.  The criteria for this award are:

• fair play
• courtesy
• grace in losing
• effort in all sports
• treating other colleagues, opponents and officials with respect
• honesty
• co-operation

The recipient is selected by the teaching staff in the summer term each year.
