Ofsted Inspection - March 2022

I am pleased to be able to share with you the report from our most recent Ofsted Inspection which judged the school to be GOOD.  The children "enjoy their learning and feel safe.  They are supported well by nurturing relationships with staff and each other."

"Expectations of behaviour and learning are high" and "an appetite for learning abounds." "When pupils leave the school, they are well prepared for the next stage of their education."

The arrangements for safeguarding are effective .  Leaders respond quickly and effectively to any identified safeguarding issues."

The report identifies two next steps for us to focus on:

• Leaders should ensure that pupils with DSEN are consistently provided with the effective support they need to experience success.
• Leaders need to complete the process of reviewing the curriculum in the foundation subjects.
